There are so many realtors who have been at the forefront of Talega real estate and I wanted to state the reasons why I would recommend her as an agent. In a sellers market it is not unusual to sell sight unseen however the attention to detail and the enthusiastic manner she showed on FaceTime really sold our home. In fact during the FaceTime showing she was so focused on the home that she took a fall for us literally, and missed a step making for a unique and memorable experience for our buyers! As most agents know there are no two transactions alike and ours had a few twists and turns including the missed step lol. We had buyers who had made an immediate offer and then just as fast backed out of the transaction. Quickly Devon pivoted to our back up buyers and was able to stay under contract without skipping a beat. There are so many nuisances with transaction forms and her ability to navigate all the ins and outs made for a smooth transaction which for buyers and sellers is the number one goal. If your thinking about selling or listing your home I would recommend Devon Allen to navigate the process for you.

Devon did an excellent job assisting us in finding a perfect beach home for my wife and I. When I say "assist" I mean she found the home and showed us the home, helped us with the right offer, heped us counter, helped us close, you name it she did it for us. After the house closed she even helped us with post closing issues. After careful consideration, we chose to list our house for sale with Devon as our agent and it was the best decision we ever made! She walked us through the process from start to finish and even staged our house for us! We learned through a previous buying process that not all agents are responsive and put the client first but Devon would answer all of our questions on any day and at any time. She also got us a complimentary 90 day rent back and well over asking price for our home!! We HIGHLY recommend her!

I asked Devon to represent me as a seller as well as a buyer in a 1031 exchange. It was right before the holidays so I was stressed. Devon had zero hesitations. She started the process that day and was in contact with me as far as next steps daily. I needed that. Although I have multiple properties I have never completed a 1031 exchange. We had both transactions done before the holidays!!! She also leased our property for us within a few weeks. I highly recommend her as well as her team at Coldwell. She definitely had the support she needed at all times.

Devon Allen has been a tremendous resource. We relocated from Texas and needed a newer furnished rental in a very tight timeframe. Devon knew exactly the right properties for us and quickly personally previewed them. She personally conducted a virtual walk through of the space, so that we could see the property via video from Texas. This was a huge bonus for us...Devon Allen has been a tremendous resource. She personally conducted a virtual walk through of the space, so that we could see the property via video from Texas. This was a huge bonus for us and gave us confidence in the condo we are currently renting. Devon's professionalism and market experience made our move effortless. She negotiated directly on our behalf and made the lease signing go smoothly. We are truly grateful for her hard work and can't image a better outcome. Without Devon, we are certain our journey would have been significantly more difficult. We highly recommend Devon to anyone looking to buy or lease. You would be hard pressed to find a more honest, communicative, and hard working agent in Southern California.

After 40 years owning my condo in San Juan Capistrano I decided to sell it - after listening to Devon’s suggestions on painting, carpet and a mini kitchen upgrade we sold the unit in 22 days . What was really nice is that my unit sold for a fantastic price and another unit 4 homes away is still on the market . Maybe that owner should get in touch with Devon also . ...After 40 years owning my condo in San Juan Capistrano I decided to sell it - after listening to Devon’s suggestions on painting, carpet and a mini kitchen upgrade we sold the unit in 22 days .
